Patricia Scott-Jeoffroy joined HC Link as a consultant in 2008 and is also an Education Consultant for Parent Action on Drugs.  She draws upon her 25 years of experience in the addictions field to assist in the creation of prevention initiatives.   She began her career as an addiction counselor before coordinating a withdrawal management unit.  She also led substance abuse prevention programs in health services and has experience working within the criminal justice system.  She has a MA in Leadership from the University of Guelph.  Patricia lives in Aurora and loves to travel with her husband and two daughters.

Kristy Ste Marie

Kristy Ste Marie is an Ontario certified teacher with over 12 years experience working with youth and young adults. Kristy also holds a certification in Positive Youth Development from Queen’s University. As an educator Kristy has a long-standing history of designing lessons and curricula that appeal to multiple learning styles for diverse youth populations from elementary-aged children to young adults. Kristy is the Acting Manager for the Youth Advocacy Training Institute (YATI), a program of the Ontario Lung Association. Kristy holds four certifications from the Ontario Tobacco Research unit on Prevention, Protection, Cessation, and Evaluation. She is a certified N-O-T on Tobacco youth smoking cessation trainer with the American Lung Association. Kristy is also TEACH trained and has completed both her Core (Core Course: A Comprehensive Course on Smoking Cessation – Essential Skills and Strategies) and Speciality Courses (Specialty Courses: Tobacco Interventions for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Populations and Tobacco Interventions for Youth and Young Adults).

Vicki Poulios

Vicki Poulios has been working in education, community development, and health promotion for ten years, with a focus on tobacco control for the last four. She works with YATI as a Trainer and Consultant, and previously, as an Acting Manager and Community Education Specialist. She has also worked as a Manager of an Aboriginal Tobacco Program with Cancer Care Ontario. Vicki has a Masters Degree in Adult Education from OISE at the University of Toronto.
