Hook Up to Breast Cancer Prevention aims to help young women reduce their risk of breast cancer by encouraging them to develop healthy lifestyle behaviours like reduced alcohol and tobacco consumption, increased physical activity and health eating. Hook Up to Breast Cancer Prevention uses a peer-to-peer model to help educate young women on the risks associated with breast cancer and to encourage young women to make healthy lifestyle choices.

The Campus Guide offers information and provides support for organizing, delivering and evaluating Hook Up to Breast Cancer Prevention campaigns for secondary and post-secondary schools. The Campus Guide was created by Region of Waterloo Public Health.

The Campus Guide can be accessed here.
